Thank you for purchasing this RPW USA product. We believe that our products are the very best available and are engineered to provide a lifetime of use. These pipes can be installed on all Victory Hammer/Jackpot 2005-up models,Vegas/Kingpin 2006-up and Victory High Ball 2011-up for a true custom touch. Basic hand tools and a service manual applicable to your model of motorcycle are all that is necessary to complete the installation.

MAINTENANCE TIP: To keep your new RPW USA Slash pipes looking their best, we recommend applying a high-quality chrome polish to them every time you detail your motorcycle.
Please Note: Pipes are not warranted against bluing and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will pipes be warranted after they have been run on an engine.
STEP 1: Removal of stock muffler –
1. Loosen the clamp holding the mufflers onto the head pipes
2. Remove the two bolts from each muffler which attach the mufflers to the mounting bar.
3. Remove the mufflers by sliding them off the head pipes.
4. Remove the clamp from the nose of each muffler (these will be re-used when installing the new mufflers).
STEP 2 – Installation of your new RPW USA Slip on Muffler
1. Remove mufflers from protective packaging.
2. Slide stock exhaust clamp onto nose of each muffler.
3. Slide mufflers onto head pipes starting with lower muffler and align brackets with holes with mounting bar.
4. Attach the muffler brackets to the stock mounting bar using four 5/16” x 3/4” hex head bolts, washers, and nuts (supplied). Leave them loose at this time .
5. Align muffler and bracket so they sit level. Tighten the muffler mounting bolts and the bracket mounting bolts.
6. Tighten the clamp holding the muffler onto the head pipe.
7. Check for adequate clearance between all exhaust system components and motorcycle accessories prone to heat damage.

TUNING TIP – To help prevent bluing, the engine should be properly tuned before running it with the new exhaust. We recommend an Adjustable Fuel Tuner
CARE & MAINTENANCE
This bike is equipped with an RPW USA exhaust. RPW USA strives to offer the highest quality exhaust pipes. However, these pipes require care and maintenance. The following tips are suggested to insure years of service of your Chrome / Ceramic-Coated Exhaust System.
OWNER & DEALER CARE INSTRUCTIONS: After Installation and Before Engine Run Remove grease and/or skin oils from the exhaust surface. Stains & fingerprints will show when exhaust gets hot.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:Chrome: Wipe down exhaust with rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth, dry thoroughly.Ceramic Coated: Wipe the tubes down with a mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth, dry thoroughly.
WARNING - Never wash exhaust pipes when they are warm or hot.
